Let's Build This Together
Have a question? Want to partner with us? Ready to contribute? Get in touch. We're a small team, but we're responsive and genuinely excited to hear from you.
Whether you're an investor evaluating the opportunity, a developer interested in contributing, a university looking to involve your students, or a government planning to deploy OpenTEWS in your region—this is the right place.
We read every message. We may not respond immediately (we're a small team), but we prioritize based on urgency and fit, and we always get back to you.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How quickly will you respond? A: Response times vary by inquiry type (see post-submit messaging above), but typically 2–5 business days. We prioritize by urgency and fit.
Q: Do you accept unsolicited ideas? A: Absolutely! If you have a subsystem idea or research proposal, we'd love to hear it. Let us know in the form.
Q: Can I stay anonymous? A: You can (e.g. use your github handle as a name), but we do need some way to follow up (email, at minimum). If you're concerned about privacy, read our Privacy Policy.
Q: I'm in a time-sensitive situation. Can I talk to someone faster? A: Email the relevant team directly (see contact options above). For true emergencies (deployment support, security issues), email operations@opentews.org and note "URGENT" in the subject line.
Q: Can I get someone on a call instead of emailing? A: For significant partnerships (investment, deployment, research collaboration), yes. Mention your preference in the form ("Video call") and we'll set something up.
Q: I'm not sure which category I fit into. Should I still fill out the form? A: Yes! Pick "Other" and explain. We'll route you to the right person.
Q: How do you use my information? A: Read our Privacy Policy. TL;DR: We use it only to respond to your inquiry and optionally to send you project updates (if you opt in).
